What you will do:
• Respond to calls from newspaper subscribers, related to delivery issues, service stoppage and cancelation requests and billing enquiries
• Accurately document customer interactions in online system
• Maintain high level of professional, timely and effective customer service
• Remain up to date with all policy, procedure and service changes
Must haves:
• Patient and attentive approach to customer service
• Strong comprehension skills
• Basic computer skills, including internet & email
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
