Commercial Property Inspector

Needed: casual contract position to complete cursory property inspections of commercial buildings for existing commercial mortgage lender clients. Requirements are to take digital photographs of the interior, exterior and neighbourhood of the subject properties while being toured by the building owner and/or property manager and noting any deferred maintenance at the property. Completion of an electronic report will be required, mainly in Excel format. Completed reports are to be emailed only.

Qualifications required: overall building science, digital camera and computer knowledge. Commercial property operations and/or property management knowledge will be an asset.

Remuneration: pay is on a per inspection basis.
