Human Resources Manager/Director

Reporting to the CEO, the Manager of Human Resources/HR Director, is responsible for leading the efficient and consistent management of the organization’s people practices, culture, programs and processes in the Regional market. The Director of Human Resources will lead strategic human resources support, planning and development of initiatives to align with company Human Resources policies and best practices as well as overall company strategy

-Work directly with senior leadership, regional leadership, and national leadership to align Human Resources activities and initiatives to meet and exceed organizational, regional and local goals and objectives.
-Serve the organization as a trusted advisor in providing advice on how to maximize the culture and engagement of employees at all levels of the organization and key external stakeholders.
-Develop and track metrics around regular HR dashboard reporting for key business leaders to identify successes and areas for improvement;
In collaboration with the senior leadership team, lead change management activities.
-Lead an effective regional HR team
-Work in collaboration with senior leadership and national Human Resources support to develop, implement, and enhance associate coaching, feedback, recognition, discipline and termination processes for local and regional markets.
-Facilitate annual performance appraisal process and subsequent training for associates and/or managers in local and regional markets.
-Following national Human Resources practices, manage the investigation process for any employment-related investigations; this may include interviews, depositions, written statements, documentation and notes, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership and members of the executive team.
-Ensure that robust recruiting and on boarding processes exist to attract the depth and diversity of talent needed to meet the company’s business objectives.


-At least 5 years of relevant HR leadership experience with significant depth across the various HR functional disciplines and proven ability to lead a team of HR specialists and generalists. 2-4 years previous experience leading the Human Resources department is considered an asset
-Extensive experience creating HR processes, practices and policies to support high growth, field based organizations.
-Demonstrated ability to lead complex change and organizational integration, gain consensus and credibility.
-Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related discipline. A combination of other education and experience will be considered.
-Human Resources certifications including CPHR strongly preferred or working towards.
