Human Resources Assistant

Are you looking for a position as a Human Resources Assistant? Do you enjoy performing a variety of different administrative and recruitment tasks? We are looking for someone who pays high attention to detail, who is process driven, and is great at multi-tasking. If you think you have what it takes, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do:
* Provide administrative support and perform general office duties such as filing and photocopying
* Provide confidential administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
* Pre-screening of potential candidates, booking interviews and administering testing
* Preparing employee files including payroll information

Must Haves:
* High school completion plus post-secondary education or training in Human Resources
* Recruitment & selection experience
* 1 - 2 years related experience in a fast-paced environment
* Time management and ability to determine priorities
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
* Must have own vehicle
