You will have the responsibility to provide exceptional customer service over the phone to new and existing customers. You will continually learn and promote Canada Drugs’ product and services. There is NO telemarketing involved!

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

· Minimum Grade 12 education or GED equivalent
· Strong computer skills and keyboarding skills; knowledge of Windows
· Call Centre experience an asset
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Professional phone mannerisms
· Continuous learner

Our paid training program is full time Monday to Friday (8:00am-4:00pm) for 3 weeks. The training program includes both classroom and hands-on training. It is mandatory to attend all training sessions.

We are currently hiring for full-time Monday to Friday 12pm – 8pm, with the occasional weekend shift and part-time evenings and weekends
