Corporate Recruiter (14-Month Term)

With 34 stores across Canada, our client is an organization that provides quality products and an outstanding shopping experience. As part of the Team Development department, we are now looking for a Corporate Recruiter on their behalf.

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for facilitating all internal and external hiring while adhering to their hiring philosophy.

The Role:


Facilitates all retail leadership and Home Office recruitments;
Compiles all necessary recruitment paperwork to comply with Human Rights legislation and maintains resume files;
Maintains databases of position profiles and job postings;
Manages company’s Applicant Tracking System;
Works with Retail Project Team to develop and implement recruitment plan for new retail locations;
Develops and implements improvements to Princess Auto’s recruitment process;
Creates and delivers recruitment process training to Team Leaders and hiring Managers; and
Produces monthly recruitment reports.

You and Your Experience:


You have post secondary education in human resources;
You have a minimum of 3 years related experience;
You have a solid understanding of legislation, policies and agreements;
You are highly organized with the ability to multi-task;
You are proficient in Microsoft Office;
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
You have strong problem solving skills; and
Though not required, French / English bilingualism and experience in a retail environment will be considered assets.
