Are you an experienced line cook who is looking for a new opportunity to demonstrate your strong leadership skills and creativity? As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for managing kitchen staff and maintaining company standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

What you will do:
* Communicate with restaurant staff about menu changes
* Ensure tools and equipment and are clean and in good working order
* Supervise kitchen staff; assign tasks and stations
* Garnish each dish and check for quality and accuracy before it is served
* Clean kitchen area throughout shift
* Package, label and date all food at the end of each shift
* Develop and cost out new and special menu items

Must haves:
* 2+ years of cooking and leadership experience
* Formal or in formal culinary training
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Budgeting experience
* Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve in a high-pressure environment
