Overnight Roadside Assistance Customer Service
Overnight shifts 10:00 or 11:00pm starts - $10.75 per hour!

Are you a car enthusiast who enjoys troubleshooting auto-related problems? Do you thrive when faced with new challenges and are committed to treating every customer like you would want to be treated, here is a fantastic opportunity.

What you will do:
Address customer needs calmly, quickly and professionally
Dispatch emergency roadside assistance via phone
Map customers locations using web-based tools such as Mapquest and Google
Accurately document all customer contact, including resolutions
Promote the positive image of the contact center and its clients

Must haves:
Customer service experience an asset
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in high-pressure situations
Creative problem solving skills, with ability to think outside the box
Empathetic and respectful approach to customer service
General familiarity with North American geography
Availability for overnight shifts
