Qualifications:

·         Resourceful, organized, and capable of taking on responsibility and working independently

·         Great communication and motivational skills

·         Able to use hand tools, handle ladders and perform installation-related job functions safely and efficiently

·         Comfortable working on roof tops, Tower, and in all types of weather

·         Willing to work outside business hours ·         Possess a valid driver’s license

·         High School diploma or G.E.D with good verbal and writing skills.  

Technical Assets:

·         Running Cat5 and RF cable, installing RJ45 terminations, and weather sealing

·         Solid understanding of RF and microwave transmission technologies

·         Testing and troubleshooting wireless connections

·         Knowledge of current broadband radio equipment (Trango, Redline, Dragonwave)

·         Prior experience working with licensed and unlicensed broadband equipment is a strong asset
