• Respond to customer questions, requests and concerns via phone, e-mail and/or live chat, and ensure all inquiries are handled and documented on-line in a timely and professional manner;
Qualifications:
• Speak, Read, and Write French Fluently
• Computer skills (ability to navigate the Internet and use e-mail proficiently preferred)
• Demonstrate a genuine respect for people, their concerns, feelings, well-being and appreciation of them as one of our customers.
• Previous customer service experience (a definite asset, but not required) or a strong aptitude;
