Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Representative
Are you a French bilingual speaker? We are currently seeking engaged and reliable individuals to provide exceptional customer service while processing financial transactions efficiently and accurately. Success in this position will rely on your ability to respond to customers’ basic needs, while identifying opportunities to provide advice and promote products.

What you will do:
* Provide quality customer service in French or English
* Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and requests
* Process customer transactions and maintain financial accounts
* Update customer account information to maintain current records
* Verify customers’ identities using information in secure company database
* Work as part of a team to resolve problems and enhance the customer experience

Must haves:
* French fluency
* Customer service experience and strong phone etiquette
* Excellent conflict resolution and listening skills
* Quality-focused, detail-oriented and professional work style
* Ability to multitask effectively
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* High school diploma an asset
* Ability to pass a federal government security clearance
