The Shipping and Receiving associate will be responsible for receiving all incoming shipments, entering all inventories into an MRP system, picking work orders and delivering product to the assembly area.
*Experience with an MRP system is preferred. Candidates with Great Plains experience would be preferred.
Using Great Plains, you will be required to:
Receive parts
Create and post cycle counts
Transfer stock requisitions to the proper expense work order
Transfer work orders
Create new bin locations
Add and delete parts off work orders
Track parts
Print out work orders
Other duties will include:
Receive all incoming parts shipments, verify quantities and turn over to Quality Inspector for inspection.
Enter quantities of inventories into Great Plains system
Ensure parts are sorted and stored in proper bins
Pick parts as required by work order
Cycle counting of inventory
Package goods for shipping and items are packed in a safe manner
Assist in the loading and securing of shipment
