Immediate opportunity for a Red Seal Chef to join a leading Canadian remote camp operator providing accomodation and catering services for 250-300 people. Working on rotation (x weeks on followd by x weeks off) the ideal candidate is ready to get started quickly and is excited by challenges.
Required skills/ abilities/ experience
1. Strong team leadership
2. Excellent food/ labour cost experience with demonstrable results
3. Menu development
4. Large volume culinary experience
5. The ability to work in remote, challenging environments
Previous remote camp experience strongly preferred.
