Respite Opportunity

Care of youth with special needs and 2 younger siblings in Stonewall area. Care is needed from 3:30pm-8:00pm approximately, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays until the end of June. During summer months, care is needed from 1:00pm-8:00pm (or later), on same days. Schedule flexibility is an asset. Children enjoy activities such as swimming, museums, movies, crafts, library and many more. Assistance with minor personal care is required. A vehicle is an asset but not required. Respite location may occur in Stonewall or nearby campground in Warren, (10 minutes from Stonewall.) Opportunity for continuing respite for the following school year. Must be able to provide two professional references. Wage will be based on hours worked. Caregiver must be dependable and responsible and possess a warm, positive personality. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience of supporting a youth with special needs.
