Facility Manager is responsible for overall maintenance and cleanliness of the plaza. This includes hiring, training, of maintenance employees to set expectations of routines during shift. Be able to supervise and manage up to 25 employees. Must be knowledgeable on profit and loss statements and adhering to store budgets for operations. Be able to maintain and complete preventative maintenance on equipment and work with vendors to minimize repair costs. This position is a salaried position with a minimum of 50 hours per week schedule. The candidate for this position would be put into a training program and may need to be able to travel for the training.
