IPQUBE is now accepting applications for both full and part-time support technicians in Winnipeg.
The full time positions are for the hours of 8am to 4pm Weekdays, with some weekends.
The part-time positions are for the hours of 3 PM to 9 PM weekdays and 9 AM to 2 PM Saturdays.

Job responsibilities are as follows:
Helping customers troubleshoot their internet connections over the phone.
Repairing problems that impede internet use of customers television set top boxes.
Taking orders for new service from new customers.
Helping to maintain accurate and up-to-date support information on the online customer database.
Job requirements are:
Fluent Tagalog speaking
2 or more years of high speed modem/router troubleshooting experience.
Excellent people skills.
A willingness and passion to learn new skills.
Customer service experience is a plus.
