Store Manager

BLCS, a diversified construction and supply company in Nunavut is looking for a Retail Store Manager to assume responsibility for the daily operations of a general merchandise/hardware store in Nunavut.

This unique opportunity, working for one of the fastest growing companies in Canada’s North, is ideally suited for a leader who appreciates cultural diversity and can demonstrate a talent for motivating staff, satisfying customers, and growing sales.   

Requirements

- Two - three years experience in retail sales - Previous management experience - Outstanding customer service focus - Effective interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team - Willing and able to relocate immediately - Valid driver’s licence - Previous hardware experience would be an asset
