Customer Service Support Assistant

We are seeking a full time Client Service Support Assistant. The successful candidate will manage all administrative functions for the advisor’s business, provide high quality service to existing clients, assist in the development, acquisition and placement of new business, and develop and launch marketing initiatives.

This role is of critical importance in fulfilling Winvest Financial’s commitment to bringing our clients the best service and financial advice possible.


·         With respect to new business, complete  all new applications, coordinate medical evidence, track status and communicate to clients, and liaise with insurance companies

·         Communicate with clients via email, telephone and in person to provide first class customer service

·         Manage advisor travel arrangements including flights, hotels and car rentals

·         Manager advisor licensing and continuing education credits

·         Manage client database ensuring all client information is current and that the database accurately reflects the client’s status within the sales cycle process

·         Design and prepare client summary reports ensuring inclusion of all client holdings

·         Design and prepare proposal packages and implement processes for measuring results opposite proposal

·         Develop marketing campaigns, research and integrate new products


·         Excellent customer service and communication skills

·         Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills

·         Keen ability to research and provide recommendations with respect to investment and insurance options

·         Thrives in a fast-paced work environment

 ·         Vehicle and Valid Driver’s licence – required

·         Bondable

·         Strong Computer Skills – MS Office
