Client Services Coordinator

The Jeff Stern Group is a dynamic residential real estate practice with a focus on optimal client service and developing long-term client relationships.  We are looking for an energetic self starter who wishes to join our group and develop a career with a long-time REALTOR®. 

Position:  Client Services Coordinator 

10-15 Hours/Week Part-time to Start with an opportunity  to develop into Full-time                  

Salary:               $12.00 per hour to start 

The Client Services Coordinator is a newly created position and the ideal candidate will be offered an opportunity to advance their experience as part of a group of professionals intent on “raising the bar” in residential real estate services.

Position SummaryThe Client Services Coordinator is a key position in the organization.  This position provides valuable administrative assistance to Jeff in areas of client services, business strategies, research, project implementation and regular business operations.  The position is also responsible for clerical support, correspondence management, database and website maintenance, general office management, and client and sales agent follow up.  The Client Services Coordinator participates in ongoing dialogue with Jeff to review the goals and strategies of the business, and will give and receive suggestions and feedback as appropriate.  

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have: 

  • thorough knowledge of and experience in Microsoft Excel 2003 , MSWord 2003, Power Point 2003, Outlook 2003
  •  strong organizational skills and communication skills
  •  excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to perform with minimal supervision
  • proven ability to work with and respect highly confidential information

Previous experience or knowledge of residential real estate would be an asset.

 Conditions of Employment:

  • No criminal record
  •  Must have their own private home office and high-speed internet
  •   Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license & appropriate insurance to conduct business as required
