Position: Client Services Coordinator
10-15 Hours/Week Part-time to Start with an opportunity to develop into Full-time
Salary: $12.00 per hour to start
The Client Services Coordinator is a newly created position and the ideal candidate will be offered an opportunity to advance their experience as part of a group of professionals intent on “raising the bar” in residential real estate services.
Position SummaryThe Client Services Coordinator is a key position in the organization. This position provides valuable administrative assistance to Jeff in areas of client services, business strategies, research, project implementation and regular business operations. The position is also responsible for clerical support, correspondence management, database and website maintenance, general office management, and client and sales agent follow up. The Client Services Coordinator participates in ongoing dialogue with Jeff to review the goals and strategies of the business, and will give and receive suggestions and feedback as appropriate.

The successful candidate must have:
Previous experience or knowledge of residential real estate would be an asset.
