Department:  TGH – 0.4 EFT Float Pool/0.6 EFT Dialysis           Salary $28.074 to $33.097 per hourShift:  12-Hour Day/Night Rotation                                                 Successful candidate must successfully complete the Renal Manitoba Nephrology Course as 0.6 of this position is protected for Dialysis Unit.   Qualifications and Technical Competencies: ·         Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba;·         Current BCLS;·         Demonstrated leadership skills;·         Evidence of commitment to ongoing professional development;·         Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a health care team member and independently;·         Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;·         Self directed, adaptable and innovative;·         Good physical and mental health to meet the demands of the position;·         Demonstrated commitment to providing quality customer service;·         Must possess a dependable, consistent and reliable work record including attendance at work;·         Ability to incorporate BRHA core competencies into working practice (Customer/Client Focused, Initiative & Pro-activity, Diversity Awareness, Teamwork and Collaboration, Development of Self and Others, and Adaptability);·         Unit specific technical competencies as per appendixes. Current salary and benefits according to the MNU collective agreement.
