Software Trainer (Product Support Analyst)

The Product Support Analyst /Trainer manages all aspects of training and after sales support to our clients.

 

Duties:

  • Analyze clients’ training requirements
  • Create, edit and maintain course materials
  • Assist Marketing in organizing and advertising training offerings
  • Deliver high quality professional training services to clients via telephone, internet classroom training sessions, dedicated internet training, on-site or in-office
  • Assist Product Support department as needed

 

Qualifications:

·         Strong knowledge of accounting software required

·         Commercial Property management experience highly preferred

·         Client specific property management software preferred

·         Previous Training experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Dedication to quality customer service
  • Capable of achieving objectives with minimum supervision
  • Analytical and consultative approach to problem solving
  • Ability to travel internationally
