THE JOB:

 

As a Supply Chain Service Representative for Frontier you would be responsible for managing all aspects of your client’s supply chain needs including booking loads for all shipments, arranging pick ups, calling carriers, tracking and tracing shipments, dealing with customs to ensure the quick and accurate movement of the goods over the border and ongoing client contact to keep them informed in a timely manner on the status of their shipment.

WHO YOU ARE:

 

As the Supply Chain Service Representative you would bring the following skills and abilities to the job:

 

  • Post secondary degree or diploma desirable
  • Strong time management skills with the proven ability to multitask and work independently
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic and superior attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Previous education or experience in supply chain logistics or a related area is beneficial however we are willing to train.
