Shift: 8 hour nights Qualification & Technical Competencies:·         Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba·         Baccalaureate education an asset·         Advanced preparation in gerontology/geriatrics required or willingness to complete certification course within one year of employment·         Experience x 2-3 years Gerontology/Geriatric experience ·         Current BCLS·         Demonstrated leadership skills·         Demonstrated ability to work independently or a member of a team of the interdisciplinary team·         Self directed with demonstrated flexibility and critical thinking skills·         Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills·         Acceptable level of wellness and fitness·         Commitment to quality customer service·         Must possess a dependable, punctual, consistent and reliable work record including attendance at work·          Cultural awareness and sensitivity·         Competency with information technology such as standard business software
