The Management team is responsible for the operations and staff including the execution of all Company policies, procedures and systems. The Managers are accountable for the achievement of store objectives while following all Company guidelines, ensuring compliance with all federal, provincial and local laws and ethical business practices. This is a “hands-on” role where managers actively participate in creating and supporting an “Employer of Choice” environment.

College or University degree in a related field or equivalent in experience; a minimum of one year experience in a Managerial role, ideally within the QSR industry; and strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
