Role: Adherence to GE work scopes while encouraging and maintaining a safe work environment, Providing feedback to other GE teams for updates to work scopes and shop process, Working with customers externally and internally to identify new opportunities to improve our current processes as well as design and implement progressive management processes and systems. Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of locomotives 

Qualifications: Experience in industrial operations or military leadership experience, Willingness to work various shifts, Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Experience in Microsoft Office applications, Customer service or contract experience, Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, Experience in a field site, shop or manufacturing environment is preferred.
