Senior Network Engineer

Our client, a leader in providing IT Solutions infrastructure solutions to Manitoba businesses is currently seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join their organization. The incumbent will be responsible for meeting the needs of the firm’s clients through the implementation and ongoing support of new and existing network and server infrastructure.
The successful candidate will behave 6+ years of experience servicing mid-sized companies in most of these areas;  Microsoft Server platforms (Server 2003/2008 and Exchange 2003/2007), Cisco, Citrix ,VMware, Local and Wide Area Networks and end-user technical support.  He/she must be able to effectively communicate with clients and other members of the team, as well as provide a friendly yet professional image to the firm’s clients.
As the ideal candidate, you will work on exciting projects where your expertise in Information Technology will influence the IT solutions that are implemented for the firm’s clients.  You will constantly be challenged and have the opportunity to work with new technology. A two year post-secondary diploma from a recognized IT-focused program, plus industry-relevant certifications (MCSA/MCSE and/or CCNA/CCNP, etc).
