FRENCH BILINGUAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT


Job details:

What Will You Do?

·         Receive and answer enquiries in person and on the phone in English and/or French 

·         Receive and send out mail as needed 

·         Faxing, filing, use of MS Word and Excel skills to produce letters and labels in both official languages

·         Greet Clients in both official Languages; make them comfortable while they wait

Must Haves:

·   Fluent in both languages, written and spoken

·   6 months to 1 year experience in an office environment

·   Experience with multi line phone systems and switchboards

·   Exceptional customer service skills

·   Ability to multi task
