Our Client offers:
- $9.25 per hour starting wage
- $0.50 per hour shift premium for hours worked between 6:00p.m - 11:00p.m
- $1.00 per hour shift premium for French and Spanish bilingual agents
- Group Benefit plans for full-time employees

Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests and concerns via phone and/or e-mail.
- Ensure inquiries are handled and documented on-line in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain professional and effective customer service when corresponding with customers
- Accurately track and document items as per requested by Management
- Project a positive image of the Company and their Clients
- Promote Companies aims and objectives
- Communicate promptly with your Team Leader and fully inform them of all unusual matters
- Stay informed and comply with all policies, procedures and product changes
- Participate in team meetings and discussions
- Maintain and exceed all company and account standards
Qualifications:
· Possess basic computer skills
· Previous Customer Service experience an asset but not required
· Ability to multi-task
· Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
· Strong interpersonal skills
