Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Parts, this position is responsible for the overall leadership of the Logistics area of the Parts Organization, overseeing inventory planning, transportation, warehousing and distribution systems in a multi-warehouse environment. Responsibilities include planning, execution and process control to support the strategic growth initiatives and objectives of the organization, as well as the development and monitoring of key performance indicators for the area.
Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years experience at a senior leadership level in a similar capacity. Experience in a multi-disciplinary logistics environment, including vendor managed and consignment inventory, utilizing E-Commerce systems is preferred. Excellent problem solving and multi tasking skills combined with strong process orientation and working knowledge of MS Office is considered essential. Some travel is required.
