Leading Edge IT Services is currently seeking highly motivated network support technicians.
Successful candidates will be responsible for the following duties:
- Design and implementation of network solutions for a wide variety of scenarios
- Securing of LAN SMB networks- Installation, configuration and maintaining of Microsoft server platforms and related applications. (Ie: AD, Exchange, Terminal Server, etc...)
- Documentation and optimizing of network infrastructures
- Participating it project work for deployment
- Acting as a line of support for trouble tickets regarding networking issues
Required skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the IT sector
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft server products such as Windows Server 2003-2008, Active Directory, Exchange 2003-2007, Terminal Server- Experience in support of LAN environments
- Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure products such as Switches, Routers and Firewalls
- Troubleshooting skills including the ability to adapt to changing environments
- Drivers license and a vehicle an asset
