Department:  Mental Health                               Salary:  $27.227 to $37.540 per hourShift:  DAYS Qualifications and Technical Competencies: §         M.S.W. plus one year directly related experience; or B.S.W. plus two years of directly related experience, or current registration with CRPNM, CRNM or be eligible for registration; or other qualifications and directly related experience deemed equivalent.§         Minimum of 5 years progressive management experience.§         Experience in Mental Health Counseling, Primary Health Care, and Financial Management.§         Demonstrated ability to work alone and as an effective member of a multi-disciplinary team.§         Demonstrated ability to foster an interdisciplinary, collaborative environment that supports quality, patient/client care/quality improvement and an empowered practice model.§         Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.§         Knowledge and respect of Aboriginal Culture and experience in working effectively with First Nations people.§         Proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and various databases.§         Possesses knowledge of the principles of organization, management standards, and regulation pertaining to health care in Canada.§         Possesses current comprehensive knowledge of and/or skills in: population health promotion, research, critical appraisal of research literature, program planning and evaluation, and adult education principles.§         Has a valid driver’s license.§         Good physical and mental health to meet the demands of the position.§         Evidence of professional development Current salary and benefits will be according to the MAHCP Collective Agreement.
