Merchandiser
The Merchandiser is responsible for the daily conditions of the merchandise department by maintaining in-stock levels, implementing all schematics and promotional space as well as receiving/counting all merchandise purchase orders.  Merchandiser is responsible for keeping back stock rooms organized and secured to protect company assets. Position is also responsible for building and maintaining displays including end caps, 4 ways and other promotional areas, and completing monthly marketing material surveys. Must also ensure deli equipment is properly calibrated, temperatures are maintained, makes coffee, fills ice and fountain drinks.

• Ability to display professional appearance and presentation as well as customer service and handling customer concerns.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all customers.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Must be able to read and follow procedures, safety guidelines, etc.
• Must have people skills, the ability to learn quickly.
