Our client has an immediate opening for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager for their office. In this position the incumbent will be responsible for full cycle bookkeeping (QuickBooks), accounts payable and receivables, payroll, helping outside firm with year end duties, monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, managing general e-mail inbox, filing, some reception and other administrative duties as required.
As the successful Bookkeeper/Office Manager you will have:
• Minimum 2 plus years of full cycle accounting experience
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Computer savvy
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
