We are looking for a full-time Regional Sales Manager to work with a highly professional, first class team to surpass our clients’ expectations. If you meet the following criteria, please contact us.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Plans, organizes, directs, and monitors the daily operation and the sales activities of Field Sales Agents and Program Managers.

·         Conducts site visits and delivers on quality sales targets.

·         Participates in trade shows.

·         Maintains existing accounts and generates new accounts.

·         Conducts cold calls to present to existing and new customers.

·         Motivates the Direct Sales Agents to achieve the highest quality customer service experience and delivers on challenging sales targets.

·         Ensures that weekly sales reports are completed in the format specified by Direct Sales Force.

·         Lead by example by selling along with the Sales Agents in a shift environment.

·         Ensures that all applications are sent to Direct Sales Force Head office within the time frame to be provided by Direct Sales Force.

·         Ensures that all Program Managers are provided with a calendar of events that requires staffing in advance.

·         Ensures that all events are staffed at all times including if necessary by him/herself.

·         Ensures that the Program Managers have the required number of Field Sales Agents at all times.

·         Ensures that the Kiosk displays are coordinated including transporting and setting up the Kiosk displays by him/herself if required


Supervisory Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will manage and oversee a team of Field Sales Agents and Program Managers. Responsibilities will include: interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving issues.




Education: Completion of post secondary studies with a focus on Business Administration and Marketing.


Experience:  Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing


Competencies: Ability to communicate, negotiate, lead and effectively resolve conflicts with others in a desired time frame. Ability to anticipate sales production challenges and develop and implement action plans. Ability to analyze different situations and form valid conclusions and action plans.  Ability to effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities.


Skills:  Strong oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, excellent planning, time management and organizational skills are a must. Great problem solving, computer literate and decision making skills are required.


Working Condition:  Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Must be able to work shift and is responsible for covering territories that cover a 100 to 200 kilometer radius. Must have a cellular phone, a vehicle and valid driver’s license.


Mental Demand:  Attention to details. Will need to memorize all the products and services that are offered.

The salary for this position is $50,000.00 yearly

40 Hours per week
