Summer Trip Leader

Lead paddles to our cabin with another already hired summer trip leader in Whiteshell with paying customers and make sure everything is safe. We are looking for someone who has  some  canoeing experience .We have a work party prior to the first week  where somebody would have a chance to upgrade their canoeing and where we would show the guides the workings of the cabin .

Other duties would include cooking for guests and interacting  with them to make sure they have a good experience in conjunction with a volunteer specialty leader who looks after a specific theme.Other things is to show how composting toilet works, how water filter works , our solar lights and show where to get water and assign bunks.

First aid required but we are willing to look after you getting your certification .

We are paying $10 an hour .The guide is fed and lodging at cabin is free.
