Potential candidates must possess the following:
• Extensive experience with hand tools
• Carpentry experience including performing measurement transfers.
• Be physically fit and hard working and willing to work in all types of weather conditions
• Be personable, bondable, courteous and able to work independently

• full-time hours and a competitive salary commensurate with experience
• $500/year medical/professional development expense account
• profit sharing after 1000 hours worked
