Customer Service Representative


Job details:

Do your love the fashion industry? Crown Cap is a manufacturer and distributor of quality headwear and accessories. This position offers frontline customer and sales support for our major retail accounts, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities Include:

* Process orders for major retailers and web customers

* Review terms, pricing, cancel dates and special vendor requirements and instructions for shipping, ticketing and labelling of product

* Maintain and update Vendor Manuals

* Process retail sales reports and worksheets

* Create bulk orders and update system when distribution orders are received

* Accurately enter orders, allocate inventory and print pick tickets

* Respond to customer and sales rep inquires regarding product availability, order status, customer return authorizations

* Communicate and work closely with sales managers

 

Qualifications:

* 3-5 years experience in a similar role

* Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills

* Detail oriented with great organizational skills

* Proficient with Excel spreadsheets

* EDI experience an asset
