Our client is a large, multi-divisional organization operating across Canada through a number of distinct business units led by the significant industrial, fleet and safety distribution business. We are currently recruiting for an Inside Account Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be a self starter, highly motivated individual with a strong focus on professionalism and an organized approach to business. Your willingess to challenge yourself on a daily basis will ensure your success.

Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a sales territory through proactive outbound phone selling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Strong focus on generating revenue, achieving profit targets, and maintaining territory budget.
-Maintain a high level of relevant product knowledge.
-Proactive outbound selling to current and new accounts.
-Implement sales strategies/call prioritization to achieve revenue and targets.
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

-Knowledge of the selling process
-Previous inside sales experience is considered an asset.
-Ability to work independently and manage time and territory effectively.
-Superior communication skills to effectively build relationships.
-Decision making within defined limits.
-Typing and computer skills including MS Office.
-Demonstrated team-playing attitude.
-Post -Secondary education is preferred.
