Software Sales Representative

We are currently seeking Sales Representatives to sell our software from their home office.

Following six exciting years of successfully working with Remote Sales Professionals across North America we’ve learned A LOT about the benefits our Sales Team enjoys by working from their own home-based offices.  It’s not surprising that those same six years have resulted in our company’s highest revenue numbers.  Our Sales Agents tell us that they are happier, healthier and more productive working from home!

Job Overview
We are currently recruiting smart, talented, and experienced sales professionals to engage with the website visitors on behalf of a global leader in Computer Security. This role requires a high degree of sales aptitude, communication, and technical skills.

Impressive commissions

Since customers are coming to us ready to buy our sales are very transactional. Typically speaking, during a 6-hour shift a Sales Agent can interact with 10 customers. And they can achieve a conversion goal of 50%, meaning at the end of their shift they’ve processed at least 5 sales. The average order value for the products we sell is generally $100 USD, meaning their 5 sales resulted in generating $500 USD in total revenue. In maintaining this performance throughout the pay period, our Sales Agents can earn a percentage in commission (ex. 3.5%). So in this example the Sales Agent has earned an additional $3.00 per hour over and above their base wage for the pay period.

Scheduling and Training Class Dates


We are currently hiring for 20 part-time positions.

We require that every part-time Sales Agent work a minimum of 4 shifts per week.

This would involve a commitment on Saturday and Sunday plus at least 2 evening shifts during the week (Monday through Friday).

When full-time positions become available we regularly consider advancement options from our part-time team before recruiting externally.

Training classes will begin early February where you'll receive the tools you need to be successful, including:

Strategic, consultative sales techniques

Product knowledge regarding the computer solutions you'll be recommending

And practice with the technical applications you'll be using on a daily basis
