Do you have a knack for solving problems? If so, we’re looking for an Insurance Support Clerk for an insurance company in Winnipeg. You’re someone who enjoys working in a team environment and pays high attention to detail. If you’d want to jump start your career in a thriving and growing company, then this position is for you!

* Perform classification and initial support of incidents
* Liaison with Help Desk Support Staff and Insurance Brokers
* Respond to internal and external contacts to resolve system issues
* Working with ticketing system and escalating tickets to appropriate higher level teams
* Other clerical duties as assigned

* A minimum of 1+ years’ experience working in an office environment
* Level 1: General Insurance license
* Knowledge of insurance and insurance terminology
* Strong organizational, problem solving and data entry skills
* Microsoft Excel 2010 experience
* Adaptive to change and able to manage stress
* Strong English verbal and written communications skills
