Brokerage Customer Service


Job details:

Helping and providing customer service is your style! You instinctively have the ability to problem solve and work effectively right? If so, we’re looking for a Brokerage Customer Service Agent for an insurance company in Winnipeg. If you are inspired by helping and enabling others and enjoy supporting end users, then this position is for you!

What You Will Do:
* Respond to contacts from Insurance Broker Help Desk customers
* Perform classification and initial support of incidents
* Resolve incidents or escalate to appropriate Tier II teams
* Participate in process improvement opportunities
* Other clerical duties as assigned

Must Haves:
* A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience working in the insurance industry
* Strong organizational and problem solving skills
* Good accuracy and attention to detail
* Adaptive to change and able to manage stress
* Strong verbal and written communications skills
