Parts Counter / Admin Person

Are you a fast learner and have a great attitude? Do you have knowledge of the automotive or refrigeration industry? If you have a dedicated customer service focus, we’re looking for the right candidate to manage the parts desk at a growing Winnipeg company. If you can handle well in a fast-paced environment and are interested in this position, please apply now.

What You Will Do:
* Picking parts for customers and technicians ensuring parts are invoiced properly
* Receive daily orders, replenish inventory and prepare parts for pick up or delivery
* Answering phones, customer service, accepting payments, filing, retrieving & distributing mail
* Invoicing, end of day batching, delivering bank deposits
* Shipping & receiving

Must Haves:
* Grade 12 diploma
* Experience working in customer service; forklift experience is an asset, but will train
* Excellent computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
