Director Of Customer And Product Services - Healthcare (Ontario - Toronto Or Markham)

The Director of Customer and Product Services is responsible for all aspect of product and services delivery to meet the highest standards in customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent skills in the development and execution of support strategies to maintain and complement the corporate objectives. Superior knowledge of service level agreements, service systems, ACD systems, and automation tools will provide a basis to implement proven ITIL strategies for support services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø The Director of Customer Support will be responsible for all aspects of support on all products, this will include;

· The day to day management of support resources within the organization

· The development, implementation and ongoing management of best practices and processes within the support organization

· The development and or acquisition of technology and tools required to further improve support capabilities.

· The creation of a virtual support environment whereby all support resources from all products can be leveraged into a single productive team.

· The ongoing development and acquisition of skilled resources

· Development of service level agreements and support contracts

· Management of escalated clients

· The ongoing support of major accounts

· Serve as an escalation point for all clients to issues related to product support

Ø Supervisor Duties include daily management of all support resources.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree required.
  • 5 years experience in a senior support management role
  • Previous corporate infrastructure management experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of ITIL standards
  • Excellent knowledge of quality standards(i.e. CMM)
  • EMR industry knowledge

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

COMPUTER SKILLS

  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Service systems
  • ACD systems

PREFERENCES

  • Experience in EMR field
  • Netsuite CRM knowledge
  • Center Ice ACD system knowledge
