We will soon offer premium accounts to employers who want some more juice (like stats, job history, who applied, etc.). The premium account has more features that are not found in this offering. That way, we can buy more servers. :) Right now, the ads and our mother company provides for the server and human resource costs.

Nothing. Most of the times, free email providers block emails which are not on your contact list to prevent SPAM. It is sad to say that in the attempt to block spammers, free email providers unintentionally block "good" emails. You can add "WJB-JobPost@winnipegjobbank.com" and "WJB-JobConfirm@winnipegjobbank.com" to your contacts and/or whitelist so you may continue to get emails from us.
Unfortunately no. Sorry. What you can do is delete the post (use the link we provided on the confirmation email), then re-post the job (this time with the correct one).
